Whether you have a freshly laid slab or a 40+years old concrete floor, Exclusive Grinding & Polishing will work with you every step of the way. We believe that your Polished Concrete Floor will last forever if maintained effectively when utilising our services. We offer a variety of concrete finishes/products, ranging from mechanically polished concrete to epoxy coating. Epoxy coatings are used primarily in garages or industrial areas as it is heavily durable, oil and chemical resistant.
Our services also extend far beyond finishes of indoor areas such as the interior of your home, office, or industrial working area. We also utilise honed concrete, which has a matte finish and is our preferred finish for outdoor areas. We use penetrating sealers to maintain slip rating opposite to a topical sealer with a non-slip additive which wears over time.
We recommend honed finishes for settings including, footpaths, driveways, porches, and the surroundings of pools which need to achieve a high degree of slip resistance.

Epoxy & Seamless Flooring
Epoxy is an extremely safe coating for your concrete surface. It is impact, slip and water-
resistant and is used mostly in industrial settings as it protects against chemical spill
damage.
Concrete Polishing
Polished concrete floors are a great alternative to more expensive flooring such as marble,
granite, tile, or coated concrete. It has a terrific density, durability and is low maintenance.
